Ashli Babbitt Attorney Terrell Roberts Reveals Massive Clue About The Identity Of Her Killer

(Republican Party News) – Aaron Babbitt, the husband of Ashli Babbitt, along with attorney Terrell Roberts, sat down for an interview with Fox News host Tucker Carlson on Monday night to talk about the continued challenges they have faced while trying to get information concerning her death and the identity of the government-employed person who killed her.

According to Gateway Pundit, Carlson asked Roberts about a report that said Ashli’s shooter left his loaded gun in a U.S. Capitol restroom.

“Mr. Roberts, let me ask you, there are reports online, that’s incredible I don’t know if they’re true, that the Capitol Hill police officer who shot Ashli Babbitt, I’m not going to mention the name, was the same officer that left his loaded handgun in a public men’s room on the Capitol. Do you believe that is the officer, it seems like a very reckless person, who shot and killed Ashli Babbitt on January 6th?” Carlson asked.

“That’s my belief. That’s my belief,” Roberts replied.

The police lieutenant’s name is currently being withheld from Babbitt’s attorney.

These are photographs (here and here) of the person who is responsible for the shooting death of Ashli Babbitt.

“You can see the Officer disregards nearly every basic firearm safety rule in the book. His finger is wrapped around the trigger, while his firearm is aimed in the direction of his colleagues,” the GP report points out.

Basic gun safety says that you never have your finger wrapped around the trigger unless you are planning to fire. You never plan to fire unless you are fully expecting to kill. This man in the upper photograph is clearly disregarding all safety.

The question that is currently on everyone’s mind is why is this man’s name not being released? If it were a white shooter and a black victim, his name would be plastered everywhere. Like Derek Chauvin’s was.

So what are they trying to hide? Is this a race related incident? We don’t know. That’s the problem.

GOP Rep. Paul Gosar from the state of Arizona recently took a huge stand for Babbitt and her family, demanding the identity of the shooter be released.

“Who executed Ashli Babbitt?” Gosar asked former acting Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen during a very heated exchange at a hearing concerning the January 6th protests.

“During the hearing, Gosar asked Rosen for the name of her killer. He referred to Babbitt as ‘a young lady, a veteran, wrapped in an American flag that was killed in the U.S. Capitol,'” a GP report said.

Gosar then condemned the raids on protesters, going so far as to accuse the Department of Justice of “harassing peaceful patriots across the country.”

Back in April, Gateway Pundit reported on the abrupt shutdown of the investigation into the death of Babbitt, noting how her family responded to the decision.

“…the investigation revealed no evidence to establish that, at the time the officer fired a single shot at Ms. Babbitt, the officer did not reasonably believe that it was necessary to do so in self-defense or in defense of the Members of Congress and others evacuating the House Chamber. Acknowledging the tragic loss of life and offering condolences to Ms. Babbitt’s family, the U.S. Attorney’s Office and U.S. Department of Justice have therefore closed the investigation into this matter,” a statement from the DOJ read.

Not long after this statement was released, Roberts issued a press release that contained a statement made by the family concerning the DOJ’s decision.

“A press release issued by the U.S. Attorney’s Office declared that “(t)he investigation revealed no evidence to establish beyond a reasonable doubt that the officer willfully committed a violation of 18 U.S.C. Sec. 242… This double-negative is an odd way of explaining the basis for not bringing charges. It plainly glosses over the obvious problems of squaring the decision not to prosecute with the known facts. The actual evidence is this: the officer shot an unarmed woman who was not an immediate threat to him or any Member of Congress. This is inconsistent with any claim of self-defense,” Roberts went on to explain.

The attorney then finished his statement by saying the legal team had decided to keep pursuing their goal of true justice.

“We strongly disagree with the U.S. Attorney’s decision. But we are not dissuaded from our goal of ultimately vindicating Ashli Babbitt’s constitutional rights in the civil arena,” he said.

  1. Corrupt sons of bitches . No threat to officer , watch replay showing him firing weapon. This was murder and if the rolls were reversed white on Black the Blacks would be screaming .Where is the white outrage ? Please isn’t Her life worth what a black life is worth where is our Rage ?our corruption JD is a fucking disgrace .

  2. Questions: What were the results of the controlled substances tests required for every officer shooting ? Who performed the tests, if they were done, and it they were not, why not ? When will full transcripts of the investigation be released ? Does this qualify as a racial hate crime, or is it just a matter of incompetence, or both ? Did the officer make a sexual and physically groping pass at Ashley, in an encounter prior to him shooting her ? What is the disciplinary record of the officer prior to the shooting ? Why has that not been released ?

And finally, Who do you people think you are, not giving the electorate answers to these questions ?

  3. Yes, I already know the answer to the last question. They know who you stupid people are, what you are, and the you do not know enough to realize the danger in average people knowing they are vulnerable to despotism.

  4. The Officer that shot Babbitt did so for no legal reason that I can see and I am very pro-police and a retired Officer myself. There are things that are ALWAYS done when an Officer is involved in discharging his/her firearm and MUCH MORE if anyone is hurt or injured during the incident. Apparently none of those standards were taken during this incident and Mr. Babbitt has the right to know why!
