(Republican Party News) – Infamous pedophile Jeffrey Epstein was sitting in a maximum security New York prison in August of 2019 when he “committed suicide.” His death has been surrounded by questions and controversy and nobody actually believes Epstein really killed himself.
Now the two prison guards tasked with looking after Epstein have admitted that they falsified records from the night of his death, however, they will not serve any jail time for this offense as part of a deal with federal prosecutors.
The two guards, Tova Noel and Michael Thomas, were either asleep or on their phones browsing the internet when they were supposed to be keeping a watch on Epstein when he supposedly committed suicide.
According to prosecutors, Noel and Thomas were online shopping for furniture and motorcycles and even slept for a two-hour period during that fateful night.
It sure sounds like these two were either really, really bad at their jobs or their distraction was intentional and planned.
Prior to killing himself, Epstein had been on suicide watch but was recently taken off. Shortly after he allegedly hanged himself with a prison bedsheet.
Somehow, Epstein, who is 6 feet tall, managed to hang himself by tying the bedsheet to the top bunk bed and wrapping it around his neck.
Upon discovering Epstein, prison staff attempted to revive him before he was taken to the infirmary and then transported to the hospital by ambulance.
Despite the fact that Epstein was taken off suicide watch, prison guards were still supposed to be checking on him every 30 minutes. Noel and Thomas, who were working overtime, failed to follow this protocol.
Then in November of 2019, it was revealed that the two guards falsified log entries to make it look like they were checking on inmates when, in fact, they were not.
Despite admitting to falsifying the logs, the two won’t serve any jail time.
On Friday, the Associated Press reported that the two guards will “skirt any time behind bars under a deal with federal prosecutors.”
Despite lying on prison records, their deal includes them entering into a deferred prosecution agreement with the Justice Department allowing them to avoid jail time, according to a letter from federal prosecutors that was filed in court papers Friday.
In place of jail time, the two will be “subjected to supervised release, would be required to complete 100 hours of community service and would be required to fully cooperate with an ongoing probe by the Justice Department’s inspector general,” according to the AP.
The deal still has to be approved by a judge but that approval could come as early as next week.
It’s been long suspected that Epstein’s death was the result of powerful elites, like the Clintons for example, attempting to protect their own hides by ensuring Epstein would never have his day in court.
His death is highly suspicious, especially given the fact that the two guards tasked with checking in on him turned out to be incredibly incompetent. Were they really that bad at their jobs? Or did someone instruct them to be?
Either way, they seem to be getting taken care of nicely by federal prosecutors.
